Our History
Founded in 2013 by Philippe Forest, Richard Forest and Pier-Félix Lavoie Rondeau, Forest Énergie et Air Solutions (FEAS) quickly established itself as a key player in the manufacturing of ventilation ducts and heating solutions in Quebec. From the outset, the company focused on innovation and quality to meet the needs of air transport in modern heating and ventilation systems.
A major turning point came in 2015 with the creation of the Gurda machine, which allowed FEAS to improve its production capacities. In 2018, flagship products such as FLIXS, a conduit designed to be integrated into concrete slabs, and Peflex, a flexible conduit made of aluminum and composite, a unique quad-lamination process were launched and quickly adopted by the market.
Through strategic partnerships, the company has consolidated its leading position in the ventilation sector.

Born from feedback and requests from our customers, the FLIXS quickly became our flagship product, allowing us to win the ESTim 2024 Award in the manufacturing company category for its uniqueness and impact in the industry.
